When I started Prime Devices in 1984, I
occupied every spot on the org chart. I was the owner, the chairman of the
board, the CEO, and the president.
My father Harold joined me a few months later, and in 1986 we hired our first
outside salesperson, Eric Anderson.
Last December, Harold and I recognized that the responsibilities Eric has
accepted in the last several years have increasingly become responsibilities
usually undertaken by a company’s president. I am very pleased to announce that
we are recognizing Eric with the appropriate title for the job he already has
been doing.
I remain the owner, the chairman of the board, and the CEO, but effective
January 1, 2011, I am very pleased to announce that Eric has agreed to start his
25th anniversary year by accepting the title that better represents his role for
the past several years.
